Neil Young - 5/16/74, The Bottom Line, New York City, NY
The greatest bootleg of all time? Maybe! This was the first recording I ever posted on Doom & Gloom — my link is long gone, but Infinite Fool just re-upped. You want it! Oh, god, you want it. Give me a bit and I’ll dig out Ry Cooder’s opening set. Actually, Ry was the headliner, I think, and Neil just popped up unannounced for this stunning set. The above image is the OG vinyl bootleg, which was where I first heard the show back in 1993 or thereabouts.
