Even more Quine! Eno and Quine were longtime bros, but as far as I know, this Nerve Net tune is the only extant example of them collaborating. Perhaps not a total masterpiece, but cool to hear. More enticing is what Quine wrote on his website: “We went into the studio [in 1980]: me, Bill Laswell, Fred Maher, and Eno. We worked for about two weeks, but Eno got disenchanted; that’s when he decided to go off in the ambient direction.” Where are the tapes?!
